Why Offer Estate Planning?
Estate planning is often overlooked, yet it is one of the most important aspects of financial wellness.
Many employees have never created a will, trust, or powers of attorney—not because they don’t care, but because they believe it’s expensive, confusing, or something to think about later in life.
Your organization can help change that by providing employees with access to education and affordable planning options.
🛡 Protect families
⚖ Avoid unnecessary probate
❤️ Prepare for unexpected illness
🏡 Protect homes and assets
👨👩👧 Provide peace of mind
How the Program Works
Step 1
Seminar
Employees attend an engaging 30–60 minute seminar that explains the fundamentals of Arizona estate planning in easy-to-understand language. The presentation is educational in nature, includes time for questions, and does not obligate anyone to purchase services.
Step 2

Employers select the option that best fits their organization. Whether offering the program as an employee-paid benefit or a company-sponsored benefit, EverTrust handles the consultations, document preparation, and scheduling directly with participating employees.
Step 3 Enhancements
Organizations may choose to enhance the program with employer-paid estate planning packages, employee discounts, spouse participation, on-site appointments (when feasible), or other customized options to meet their workforce's needs.

Frequently Asked Questions
For Employers
Is there any cost to offer this program to our employees?
It depends on the program you select. The Employee-Paid Program is offered at no cost to the employer. If you choose a Company-Paid Program, pricing will depend on the options selected. There are optional enhancements as well. We have options to fit every budget!
How much work is required from our HR department/administrative staff?
Very little. EverTrust Paralegal provides the educational seminar, scheduling, consultations, and document preparation. We work directly with participating employees to minimize the administrative burden on your team.
Are employees required to participate?
No. Participation is always voluntary. Employees choose whether to attend the seminar and whether to move forward with estate planning services.
How long is the seminar?
Seminars typically last 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the topics covered and the number of questions from attendees.
Can the seminar be held virtually?
Yes. It’s recommended that seminars are done within your office, however, they may be presented virtually, depending on your organization’s needs and employee locations.
Can you provide legal advice to employees?
No. The seminar is educational and provides general legal information about Arizona estate planning. Individual legal situations are discussed privately during one-on-one consultations. If it is determined that legal advice is necessary, the employee will be directed to seek the advice of a licensed attorney.
Do you have an office?
No, EverTrust Paralegal Services is completely remote and mobile based. Majority of cases can be handled remotely until the execution of final documents. Most people prefer us to come to them for the signing of the documents. We travel anywhere within the state of Arizona (mileage costs may apply)!
What if our company has multiple Arizona locations?
We can discuss options for multiple locations, including on-site presentations at different offices or virtual seminars for employees across Arizona.
Can this benefit be customized for our company?
Absolutely. We offer flexible program options and are happy to discuss solutions that align with your organization’s goals, workforce, and budget.
Why estate planning as an employee benefit?
Estate planning is an often-overlooked component of financial wellness. Providing employees with access to education and affordable planning resources can help reduce stress, encourage future planning, and support employees through important life events.
For Employees
Do I have to purchase anything after attending the seminar?
No. The seminar is completely educational. There is no obligation to purchase estate planning services.
Can my spouse attend?
Yes. Spouses are welcome to attend the seminar whenever possible (employer approved) and should participate in the estate planning process.
What documents can EverTrust prepare?
Depending on your needs, services may include living trusts, wills, financial powers of attorney, healthcare powers of attorney, living wills, deeds, and other Arizona estate planning documents.
Are consultations confidential?
Yes. Private consultations are confidential and focus on your individual circumstances and estate planning goals. Attorney-Client privilege does not apply.
Can appointments be scheduled outside of work hours?
While we try to remain flexible to suit individual client needs, appointments must be scheduled within EverTrust Paralegal’s business hours (Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm / Fri 9am-12pm).
Do you meet remotely?
Yes. Consultations may be conducted remotely by phone, or in person, depending on your preferences and circumstances.
What if I already have a will or trust?
That’s perfectly fine. EverTrust Paralegal is able to amend/update your current estate plan. Many people attend the seminar to better understand their current plan and determine whether updates may be appropriate due to changes in their family, finances, or Arizona law.
Is estate planning only for retirees or wealthy individuals?
Estate planning is beneficial for adults of all ages and income levels! Anyone who owns property (real estate, financial accounts, etc.), has children, wants to choose who can make decisions during incapacity, or wishes to make things easier for loved ones can benefit from having a plan in place. The size of your estate makes no difference.
What if I don't know which documents I need?
That’s what the consultation is for. We’ll discuss your goals and explain the available options so you can make an informed decision about what best fits your situation.
